Dr. Al Motawa brings over 25 years of experience in project management and strategic planning, underpinned by a strong background in mechanical engineering. His entrepreneurial mindset has been key in driving innovation and growth, and his leadership is instrumental in guiding our strategic direction.

Yousef Qaddoura

Yousef Qaddoura brings over 30 years in business development, finance, entrepreneurship, and technology, with a focus on renewable energy and the circular economy. As a Managing Partner, he pioneers innovative models integrating circularity through cross-sectoral partnerships, new materials, and technologies, promoting sustainable development, competitiveness, and job creation.

Adi Z. Abdo

Adi Z. Abdo brings more than 30 years in strategic financial leadership, restructuring, and optimization across multinational conglomerates in the Middle East, Europe, Africa, and the US. Currently Group CFO and Vice Chairman at Salet Holding (BCI Group), overseeing operations in multiple countries. Expertise includes financial planning, M&A, risk management, corporate governance, and team leadership in industries like telecommunications, energy, manufacturing, and private equity.

Dr. Yusof Wahid

A seasoned expert in private equity real estate and Shariah-compliant investments with 35+ years of experience. Chartered Valuation Surveyor (RICS) with proven expertise in structuring and executing major private equity real estate deals. Held senior roles at JLL and DTZ, and founded AsiaEquity Partners (AEP), completing USD 1.4 billion in acquisitions and syndications. Established AEP Investment with Al Rajhi Group to launch the Shariah-compliant Securus Data Property Fund in partnership with Keppel Group, achieving successful exit via REIT IPO. Founded A3 Capital to launch Infinaxis DC (15 MW in Malaysia) and led a large data-center hub project (400+MW).
